Privacy and data
Fondacle helps coaches keep their clients' follow-up file from the transcripts of their meetings. These transcripts can contain personal and confidential data: they're handled with the utmost care.
What we do
- Data hosted in the European Union (database in Paris).
- Analysis by an AI hosted in the European Union. The AI updates the follow-up from exact sentences of the session; the coach can edit, remove or turn off anything.
- Before recording a session, the coach gets their client's consent (see the terms of use).
- Strict isolation: each coach account only accesses its own data (enforced at the database level).
- Integration secrets are encrypted; no transcript is written to technical logs.
- Fondacle computes global, anonymous statistics across all accounts (for example: number of calls analyzed, breakdown of roles by broad category, 👍 👎 feedback on analyses). They never contain the content of a call, the role description written by the person, a name or any information that could identify someone.
- Fondacle is not a certified health data host (HDS): roles that collect such data (psychologists, dietitians, care…) must not record any call containing it.
- A testimonial can never be published without the written consent of the person concerned, who can edit or refuse it.
Your rights
- Full export of a client's file (PDF, CSV, JSON), or of the whole account in one file (Settings › Your data), at any time.
- Permanent deletion of a client and all their associated data, in one step.
- Account deletion by its holder, at any time (Settings › Delete my account): the workspace and all its data are erased.
- Access, correction and erasure: contact the coach who works with you.
Our commitments to the people who use Fondacle are in thedata processing agreement, and the list of our providers in the terms of use.
